Got up super early
to hit up the before the sun crossfit WOD. i feel super productive and all that, but good lord i could not warm up my muscles - definitely a lighter than normal weight day for me and i could not for the life of me string together my double-unders. No coordination pre-6 a.m. How do you guys do it??
